Customer focused product delivery, with rolling 12-15 months Roadmap and Portfolio Backlog
Regular cadence Product Increment (PI) Planning, aligned to Value Stream delivery and Portfolio Strategic Themes
Value Stream delivery with predictability > 80%

Assessment of the current business operation and its suitability to Agile and Lean delivery model
Generate hypothesis based on assessment that will be expanded, analyzed, refined and tested

Business Agility CoE Transformation Playbook provides general guidelines and is not “one size fit all” applicable. Each BU will empirically tailor it in order to achieve the most effective operating model, however general concepts and strategies will be proliferated through the enterprise.

- Level 2: Shadow during the Level 2 (Walk) of maturity and lead/guide to Level 3 (Run)
- Level 3: Monitor during the Level 3 (Run) ensuring that proper base is set for Continuous Improvement
- Level 4: Ensure that the transformation is sustainable when transitioning it to the Level 4 (Fly)
