Types, or personality typing

Types, or personality typing

Integral Theory includes attention to the way that different “types” express at various developmental stages. These include masculine and feminine gender types, personality types (such as Myers-Briggs or the Enneagram), and other typing systems.

Personality Tests in the Workplace

According to the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology, 13% of US employers utilize personality assessments; 10,000 employees, 2,500 colleges, and 200 federal agencies use the well-known Myers-Briggs test. Companies that use these types of assessments include McKinsey & Company, the CIA, the Department of State, and 89 of the Fortune 100 companies.

We use multiple personality tests when assessing our clients organizations. This leads to a better understanding of individuals and how they can work better together. We offer a line of Leadership Workshops to assist in this process.
